  • Are there special wash instructions for our products?

    Our products are strictly hand washed and to be dried naturally only. Therefore, do not machine wash, do not bleach, do not iron, do not tumble dry. Our badges can be spot clean with a slightly damp absorbent towel. Gently work the stain away until it is absorbed back into the cloth. Do not bleach, do not wash, do not tumble dry, do not iron the products. Just don’t. Failure to follow these instructions may result in product damage. And we’re sure you won’t want that to happen.

  • What shipping methods are available?

    In accordance with the current legislation, the sales will be subject to VAT, applying the current rate of VAT in the Member State in which the goods are delivered.   • How can I change or cancel my order?

    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your order begin delivery, we can no longer make changes or cancel it.

  • I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

    We gladly accept returns on new, unused merchandise within 30 days of original purchase. Please contact zf@zamfun.com for return instructions.

  • How long does it take for me to get my refund?

    Most refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the goods back to our warehouse. This time frame can vary depending on your bank's policies.

Exchange and/or Return Conditions.
If you are not satisfied with the item you have received, we will allow you to return or exchange the item within a 30 day period, counting from the date of reception, provided that the item has not been used or damaged. Consequently, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items (except in the case of flaws) and also for discounted items.

All returns of purchased items must be carefully packaged and include a duly completed delivery note or returns form. We will provide you with a shipping label and return form, please contact us via mail: zf@zamfun.com.

Completion of Refund.
In the case of refund, you will receive a refund of the total amount paid (including the standard shipping costs). If you have chosen another method of shipping than the standard, the extra costs, if any, for this different method of shipping will not be eligible for a refund.
If you return one or more items from your initial order and the total value of the items falls below the threshold USD100, we will charge you shipping costs with reciprocal effect. We will do this by refunding the purchase price of the item(s) that you have returned minus the shipping costs to your country.
Please return the item(s) as soon as possible, but within 30 days starting the day after you executed the right of refund. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the refund to be deposited to your bank account. We may postpone the refund until we have received the product(s) or proof that the product(s) are in transit. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
